Special edition JLR vehicles often arrive with limited lead time, frequently tied to experiential events rather than controlled studio windows. Decisions are made on location, in real time, with brief access to the vehicle and no room for excess. We arrive with a clear understanding of the design—insight shaped by the global design team and the environment we’re working within. Because these vehicles are finished close to public release, the work isn’t about reinvention. It’s about alignment: finding locations that reflect the intent of the design while remaining honest to the place itself. During our scout we chose sunrise for how the light would move across key design features and the landscape behind them. Timing is precise. Weather is committed to, not controlled. On location, you choose the day and accept what shows up—allowing the vehicle to sit naturally in its environment and the design to read cleanly.
