Events exist in a strange window of time. Months of planning, coordination, and preparation all lead to a few concentrated hours where everything finally happens at once.

For the people organizing them, those hours matter. They represent launches, partnerships, milestones, and the chance to bring people together in a way that doesn’t happen through screens.

Our role is simple: observe the moment as it unfolds. The goal isn’t to stage anything or slow things down, it’s to move with the event itself, capturing the energy, the details, and the interactions that define the experience.

Over the years we’ve documented everything from global auto reveals and technology launches to industry gatherings and private corporate events. Every environment is different, but the challenge is always the same: stay present, stay ready, and let the story reveal itself in real time.

Because once the room clears and the stage lights turn off, the images and film are what remain.

Event photography and film leave very little room for control. The schedule moves quickly, lighting changes constantly, and moments appear without warning.

Preparation becomes everything. Understanding the flow of the event, anticipating where the key interactions will happen, and knowing when to step forward, or step back, so the moment can unfold.

What we’re always looking for isn’t just the stage moment. It’s the conversations just off to the side, the reactions in the crowd, the small exchanges that reveal the atmosphere of the room.

Those details often tell the real story.

We’ve had the opportunity to document a wide range of corporate events.

These environments are fast-moving and highly orchestrated, but within that structure there’s always something unscripted happening: a moment between collaborators, a reaction from the crowd, or the quiet tension just before a reveal.

Capturing those moments is what gives an event its lasting narrative.

“With a group of 5 it's easy to imagine that we would end up celebrating some birthdays together. Strangely, it seems to only ever fall on mine and Eckert's. I have spent three of my birthdays with the Wave boys, and I think Chris has spent his last four or FIVE birthdays with us. A birthday has never gone by without an effort to spotlight and celebrate. This might seem regular to someone in an office, but imagine being knee-deep in snow, at the top of the highest mountain in Utah, working a 16-hour day; and your people still make every effort to celebrate you. On my birthdays, I am always greeted with a cake and a song, a funny card with thoughtful messages and the smiling, proud faces of my friends/colleagues/brothers.”
